No Refund Policy
For India/International:
- Products purchased on sale or at discounted prices.
- Products purchased and returned/exchanged that are not defective.
- For exchanges and returns, we issue refunds in the form of store credit to our customers.
- Store credit is valid for a 3-months period from the date of issue.
- Non-refundable shipping fee and low order fee will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note.
- CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) service is not available.
- Shipping fee, low order fee and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.
- Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value.
Sale or Discount Policy
For India:
- All discounted products are eligible for size exchanges at a chargeable return shipping fee (applicable only if the requested size is in stock).
- We are unable to accept returns on any discounted or sale merchandise.
For International:
- We are unable to accept returns or exchange on any discounted or sale merchandise.
- Applies to discounted or on sale products, or bought through an offer or promotional code.
Missing or Damage Policy
For India / International:
- A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
- We will need photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in.
- Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.
Cancellation Policy
For India / International:
- We accept cancellations against full refund or store credit within 12 hours of placing your order.
- We are unable to accept any cancellation requests after 12 hours.
